What's in the box — and what isn't
Every size includes the complete system. It isn't modifiable — the only upgrades we offer are the add-ons above, and anything beyond those is a Commission.
Every Forest Floor includes
- The tank and everything fitted to it
- LED lighting
- Complete hardscape & substrate
- Plants included
- Care sheet + WhatsApp support (photo diagnosis is always free)
Not included
- The isopods. A new system needs 2–4 weeks to mature before livestock goes in.
- A stand or cabinet.
- Delivery & installation. The price depends on your address, accessibility, and the size of the build.
- Ongoing consumables — fertiliser and misting water. Available as an add-on — just contact us when you run out.
- Modifications. A Signature is a sealed recipe — for anything customised, that's a Commission.
